Mr. Kimwele has over 12 years of experience as a CPA-K and accomplished business administrator. His diverse career spans the public and private sectors, encompassing leadership roles in healthcare, marketing, and finance. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, Mr. Kimwele demonstrates a continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kimwele has consistently delivered results in proactive team leadership, resource mobilization, and personnel management. His most recent role as Hospital Administrator at Port Florence Community Hospital exemplifies his dedication to public service and his ability to navigate complex environments. Significantly reduced time taken to reach water points from 60 to 45 minutes through increased boreholes, rehabilitation, and pipeline projects.
The County targeted to increase the area under irrigation to 700 hectares, but exceeded this target by reaching 2,054 hectares.
The County aimed to increase hectares on green grams production annually to 94,500, but exceeded this target by reaching 117,800 hectares.
The County aimed to increase the number of households growing mangoes to 45,000, but surpassed this target by reaching 48,079 households.
The County aimed to increase the number of households undertaking sorghum farming to 85,000, but surpassed this target by reaching 98,000 households, thus improving livelihoods and food security through targeted interventions
